Requirements

 

  • Completed at least 3 full project cycles as a Content Manager.
  • Mastery over WordPress and Drupal CMS.
  • Proven track record of enhancing site visibility through SEO practices.
  • Implemented a successful content strategy across various digital platforms.
  • Demonstrated expertise in crafting engaging, conversion-driven content.
  • Hands-on experience in web publishing – handling HTML and CSS adjustments.
  • Regular use of project management tools such as Asana or Trello.

    Your Experience

     

    • Managed content on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
    • Conducted market research to develop audience-specific content.
    • Led a content team of 5 or more, managing schedules and deadlines.
    • Used Google Analytics to draw insights on web traffic and user engagement metrics.
    • Implemented SEO best practices to improve SERP ranking.

      Required Skills

       

      • Excellent writing skills in English, and ability to adapt to brand tone.
      • Proven organizational skills, adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
      • Demonstrated ability to create original, engaging, conversion-oriented content.
      • Proficiency in identifying digital trends and adjusting content strategy accordingly.
      • Skilled at using Microsoft Office Suite and WordPress CMS.
      • Proficient in SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
      • Capable of aligning content with brand identity and overall marketing objectives.

      Good to Have

       

      • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for basic design needs.
      • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for content publishing.
      • Previous successful content campaigns for B2B and B2C audiences.
      • Experience with Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads platforms.
      • Proficiency in a second language like Spanish, French, or German.
      • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar inbound marketing software.
      • Experience in interpreting website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics or Mixpanel.
